I first met Cara & Brian in early fall of 2019 through Jessica Haley. I was planning to be the second photographer alongside Jessica at their Apawamis Club wedding in the fall, and Jessica asked if I’d be interested in photographing Cara’s bridal shower and their wedding rehearsal. Of course, I said yes! So, over the course of the next few months, I got to know Cara and Brian and their families.

I have to say, this couple is as beautiful and sweet on the inside as they are on the outside. They were surrounded by so many loved ones throughout the events leading up to their wedding day, and they had SO much love and such a great celebration on their wedding day too. Seeing new brides and grooms being surrounded by so much love is such a beautiful thing to witness. And, I have to admit, the father-of-the-bride speeches always get me!

Cara & Brian’s day was beautiful and classic. Timeless weddings are totally my thing. I love weddings that will stand the test of time, and future generations will look back and admire. Just as we all still look back and admire Jackie Kennedy or Audrey Hepburn’s style! This Apawamis Club wedding was exactly that.
