The Manhattan Bride

This styled shoot is one of my favorite personal projects that I styled and photographed. As a creative, it’s important to always evolve, imagine and create content that speaks to you. Styled shoots not only produce beautiful content and inspiration, but they are a creative outlet for photographers and other creatives to bring their dreams to life!

For this styled shoot, the bridal model, Suzanna Scorcia wore an Antonio Riva gown from Jessica Haley Bridal in Rye, New York. This dress is literally drop dead gorgeous and people were stopping Suzanna on the streets to ask her where her dress was from!

To Start off our styled shoot, we decided to first head to The Plaza Hotel. The hotel is iconic and the perfect backdrop for a Manhattan bride, and it totally made our vision come to life!

Typically, I edit in color, but this shoot spoke to me in black and white. Sometimes I find black and white imagery can convey emotion so much better than color.

Fani Flowers from Rye, New York made the most beautiful bouquet for this styled shoot!

And of course, Central Park was the perfect backdrop for bridal portraits!
