This maternity session was the most perfect welcome back from being closed for business due to COVID-19! After months of being stuck in isolation, I have been super eager to get behind the camera and photography my clients. And, Rosa & Randy and their adorable pup were the perfect clients to jump back into the swing of things with! They are the sweetest little family waiting for their new little addition, and I am so happy and honoured to have captured such a special time for them!

For their maternity session, we headed to one of my favourite spots, Rowayton. We started out at the Hart Nature Preserve and then headed over to Bell Island to continue our session. Bell Island is filled with the most picturesque New England charm. Adorable picture-perfect houses surrounded by beaches and topped off with the fresh smell of sea salt. It’s a dream!

When planning sessions with my clients, I always make sure to choose a picturesque location with them. A location that is truly “them”, will be memorable, and also fun to shoot at.
